Country singer Chris Cagle was arrested in Texas over the weekend for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
The Associated Press reported Cagle, 45, was initially pulled over by authorities after he ran a red light early Sunday morning in Greenville, Texas, about 50 miles away from Dallas.
Cagle has since been released on a $3,000 bond.
DWI is considered a Class B misdemeanor and can include a fine up to $2,000 and up to six months in jail.
Cagle is most known for his 2002 hit song “I Breathe In, I Breathe Out.”
