The Tennessee Titans will not have starting safety Michael Griffin Sunday in Indianapolis after his suspension was upheld by the NFL Tuesday.
Griffin was suspended one game Monday after he was flagged for his fourth personal foul in three years for a blow to the head and neck area.
The suspension will cost Griffin one game check, which is over $200,000. It will cost the Titans their starting free safety. Veteran George Wilson will likely slide over to take his place.
The Titans do get a roster exemption while Griffin sits out this week.
