Metro police are investigating a church break-in in north Nashville.
During the overnight hours Monday, someone broke into the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church on Monroe Street through a rear window.
Police and church members are unsure what was taken.
Officers were on the scene gathering fingerprints from the broken glass.
Church members told News 2 they didn't realize there had been a break-in until they noticed trash liners weren't in the trash cans anymore.
They found the broken window after that.
