A shoulder injury has forced country legend Willie Nelson to cancel his Nashville appearance at this weekend's “Southern Ground Music and Food Festival.”
According to the 80-year-old's publicist, Nelson is under strict doctor's orders to rest his shoulder for a week.
Nelson is expected to continue performing on October 15, the same day his new album is released, in Louisville, Kentucky
In addition to his Nashville performance, Nelson will also miss shows in Indiana, Michigan and Illinois.
