Supermodel Niki Taylor has placed her Williamson County home on the market since the house has outgrown her family after her children went to college.
The 4,700 square-foot home sits on six acres right in the heart of Brentwood, and is surrounded by antebellum homes that date back to the 1700s.
“She loved the fact there was so much privacy here,” Garrett Beasley with Brentview Realty said. “This was a great spot for her and her family to grow.”
The home, a custom Southern cape cod, features a master suite wing on the house's first floor, as well as a screened porch, patio and gourmet kitchen, among other custom features.
Taylor purchased the home in 2004, and now plans to downsize.
“I think a lot of people might understand and appreciate going inside and seeing how a true supermodel lived here in the heart of Brentwood,” Beasley said.
Taylor is currently asking just under $1.5 million for the home.
