A man faces drug charges after marijuana was discovered in a vehicle he was riding in during a routine traffic stop.

Police initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle for an excessive window tint.

Upon approaching the vehicle, the arresting officer detected a strong odor of marijuana.

After searching the car, police located a bag containing 20 grams of marijuana as well as a single Valium.

Passenger Charles Conover later admitted the marijuana was his.

Officers also seized $17,000, which was hidden in the female driver's bra.  Conover claimed he gave the woman the cash for safe keeping.

He is charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, among other charges.

At the time of his arrest, he was wanted by police for a probation violation.
