Three people are jailed after Metro police narcotics detectives went undercover to buy heroin from suspected dealers in south Nashville.
The arrests occurred in the 500 block of McMurray Drive.
During a nine day surveillance operation, 19-year-old Julio Francisco and 35-year-old Esmeralda Godinez sold black tar heroin to a police operative and other individuals on several occasions.
Detectives said they watched the two suspects meet with 22-year-old Carlos Rivas, who police believe is their supplier.
Police seized 94 grams of heroin, two vehicles and $2,100 in cash.
Francisco and Godinez are charged with five counts each of selling heroin and one count each of possession of heroin for resale.
They are each being held in lieu of $180,000 bond.
Rivas is charged with delivering heroin and possession of heroin in a drug free school zone.
His bond is set at $210,000.
