A Madison man was convicted Thursday of sexually assaulting a woman while his then 13-month-old child was in the next room.
Roger Wayne Henry, 33, was arrested and charged for the incident in January of 2012.
The victim said Henry took her to his house, pulled a gun, bound her hands, and sexually assaulted her.
After the assault, Henry dropped her off in the Gallatin Pike area, where she went to a business and called police.
Henry was found guilty of aggravated sexual battery and will be sentenced next month.
He also has pending charges of aggravated kidnapping, attempted aggravated rape and aggravated sexual battery in a separate case.
