A man who was injured after a crane fell on his vehicle earlier this year has filed a lawsuit against the construction company.
The incident occurred on Highway 109, just north of the Cumberland River Bridge project on May 21.
In the recently filed lawsuit, Carroll Williams asked for Mountain States Contractors to pay for property damages and medical expenses.
Williams was transported to an area hospital following the accident for his injuries.
