Clarksville police arrested a 30-year-old over the weekend for possessing a felony amount of crack cocaine.
The drugs, along with drug paraphernalia, were discovered Saturday in Phillip Monroe, Jr.'s Peachers Drive apartment.
Monroe was booked into the Montgomery County jail on charges of possession of cocaine for resale and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
His bond was set at $16,000.
According to police, Monroe has a lengthy history of drug offenses and was on probation at the time of his arrest.
