A Lebanon woman has been charged with selling prescription drugs paid for by TennCare.
Mary Gibson, 24, is accused of selling Hydrocodone.
“Any amount of prescription drug trafficking is intolerable in Tennessee, especially when public healthcare dollars are involved,” Inspector General Deborah Faulkner said in a release. “TennCare members involved in this kind of activity will be prosecuted.”
Gibson faces up to four years in prison for her charges, which are Class D and Class E felonies.
