A Williamson County basketball coach and an assistant coach were taken into police custody on multiple charges including assault earlier this week.
Angela Muir, a basketball coach at Summit High School, and assistant coach Chloe Mayo were taken into police custody early Monday evening.
Investigative sources told Nashville's News 2 Investigates the charges stem from an incident where a player was allegedly told to throw a basketball at another student
Both are charged with contributing to a minor and assault.
Muir and Mayo have since been released on $5,000 bonds.
