A sinkhole swallowed three cars in a southeast Chicago neighborhood Thursday morning.
The Chicago Fire Department responded to the scene around 5:30 a.m. in South Deering after reports that two cars fell into a sinkhole.
A third one slid into the hole after crews arrived.
According to the Chicago Tribune, one person was taken to the hospital in serious-to-critical condition.
No further details were immediately released.
