Metro police arrested two men for possession of marijuana in a school zone on Wednesday night.
Police initiated a stop near Jere Baxter Middle School after noticing Andnevin Huff's 1995 Chevrolet Camaro has a non-working headlight.
The arresting officer reported Huff was slow to stop his car and pull over.
Officers requested and received permission to search the vehicle where more than a half a pound of marijuana was recovered under a rear passenger sear in five separate bags.
Huff and his passenger, Michael Wiggins Jr., 21, are charged with felony marijuana possession in a drug-free school zone.
Huff, 21, has since been released on a $10,000 bond.
Wiggins is also free in lieu of an $11,000 bond.
