Three teenagers were arrested overnight Wednesday after a citizen's suspect description and a quick response from police.

The teens admitted to two attempted residential break-ins on Arbor Ridge Drive and Brentridge Circle.

It began late Wednesday night when police responded to a burglary in progress on Brentridge Circle.

The victim provided police with a suspect description and told them that they fled toward Bell Road.

Police them spotted two teenagers who matched the description, 18-year-old Anthony St. John and 19-year-old Romante Jimenez.

They were positively identified and taken into custody without incident, where police said they admitted to an earlier attempted break-in at Arbor Ridge Drive where an alarm prevented them from entering the residence.

A third suspect, a 16-year-old, was taken into custody shortly before 4 a.m. on Thursday.

Police said he admitted his involvement in the burglaries and is charged in Juvenile Court.

Jimenez and St. John are charged with two counts of attempted aggravated burglary and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

They are both being held in lieu of $55,500 bond each.
