A Nashville man was arrested for stalking an employee who works for the Correction Corporation of America, a Metro jail on Harding Place in Nashville.

The victim said she never had a relationship with Kenneth McIntyre, but when he was released from jail he had started to show up at her job, call her at work and leave her notes and send mail.

The victim said this occurred from December 20, 2011 to March 23, 2012.

McIntyre was arrested Monday after the victim told police she was fearful that because of his criminal history she would be harmed.

His criminal history includes writing a worthless check, driving on a suspended license, a habitual motor vehicle offender and reckless driving.
