The Nashville Predators may never want to see the Phoenix Coyotes again.  Last year Phoenix ousted Nashville in the Western Conference semi-finals and Thursday night they blew them out at Bridgestone Arena 7-4.

It was ugly from the start as Phoenix scored 3 goals in the first 4 minutes of the game and the Predators quickly pulled Pekka Rinne.

Radim Vrbata had two goals and an assist and Rostislav Klesla added four assists and the Phoenix Coyotes scored six times in the opening period.

Martin Hanzal, David Moss, Matthew Lombardi, Keith Yandle and Antoine Vermette also scored for the Coyotes, who snapped a seven-game losing streak.

David Legwand, Rich Clune, Gabriel Bourque, and Shea Weber scored for Nashville, which had its three-game winning streak snapped.

Nashville pulled within 3 goals twice, but never could get any closer.

The Predators go to Colorado Saturday.
