The Tennessee Titans plans to revamp their offensive line apparently include Fernando Velasco.
On Monday the team placed a second round tender on the veteran from Georgia.
Velasco started all 16 games last season, 13 at center and three at guard. After signing as an undrafted free agent in 2008, Velasco has gone from the practice squad to playing 49 games for the Titans and starting 19.
As a restricted free agent, he can still sign a contract with another team, but the Titans have the right to match the offer or accept a second round draft pick as compensation.
Two players did not receive tenders Monday including Kevin Matthews and Kyle DeVan.
Matthews is the son of Hall of Famer and offensive line coach Bruce Matthews.
