A Georgia man was arrested after sexually assaulting a woman he first met on a phone chat line.
The man, 44-year-old Ratrellis Garnett, agreed to meet with the 53-year-old victim at a service station on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.
After the two met at the location, the pair decided to go back to Garnett's hotel room.
According to police, Garnett grabbed the victim's neck, threw her on the bed and assaulted her multiple times. At some point during the attack the victim was able to call police.
Upon arrival, responders noticed the woman had visible scratches on her forehead and a bump on her eye.
Garnett was charged with aggravated rape and unlawful drug paraphernalia. His bond is set at $75,500.
