Keith Urban and Vince Gill will return to the Bridgestone Arena for a concert benefiting the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
The benefit, All for the Hall, was created by Gill as a fundraising initiative.
All of the proceeds will directly support the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and underwrite preservation efforts, exhibitions and educational programs that teach people about the cultural importance of country music.
“The first three All for the Hall concerts raised approximately $1.5 million. Those dollars go toward our operating expenses, directly funding the care of our collection, exhibitions, programs and more,” said Kyle Young, Museum Director.
Young added that they are grateful for Urban and Gill's efforts.
“They are two of country music's greatest stewards and ambassadors, and we are honored by what they have done for this institution,” he said.
The theme for this year's concert is “Rebels and Renegades, the Outlaws are In.”
“The purity in making music on your own terms, to create art in your own way, for me, is at the heart of the outlaw spirit,” said Urban.
“It's those outlaws that we celebrate this year, who not only made it possible for a guy like me to do what I love, but who play a pivotal role in the strength of country music's diversity,” he added.
Along with performances by Gill and Urban, an all-star country line-up has been put in place.
Stars such as Rosanne Cash, Loretta Lynn, Time McGraw, Willie Nelson, Eric Church and Hank Williams Jr. are also set to take the stage.
The concert will be held at the Bridgestone Arena on Tuesday, April 16.
Tickets go on March 1 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster locations, the Bridgestone Arena box office or by phone at 1-800-745-3000.
