Cheerleaders at a local high school received recognition that placed them at the top.
Murfreesboro's Blackman High School coed cheerleading squad won the National High School Cheerleading Championship in Orlando for the third time in the past four years.
The annual competition is held by the Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA) at Walt Disney World's Wide World of Sports.
The squad consists of 27 cheerleaders coached by Heather Wortman and Courtney Gregory.
These young men and women represented Tennessee, Murfreesboro and Blackman High School well as they performed a beautifully choreographed routine that out shined all of the other teams in skill and difficulty.
