Police arrested a Clarksville man Thursday afternoon for the rape of a child under the age of six.
According to news release, the alleged rape happened on the night of January 30.
Police said Kevin Yepez had been watching pornography on a cell phone when the child came into the room.
He had put away the cell phone but was still aroused and, at that time, digitally penetrated the child, according to the release.
Yepez, 32, was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with rape of a child.
He was booked into the Montgomery County jail on a $75,000 bond.
There is an order of protection in place prohibiting Yepez from having contact with the child.
The investigation is ongoing.
