Cool Springs Galleria is set to host the annual Health, Fitness and Beauty Expo this weekend.
The event will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12 Noon to 5 p.m.
The Expo promotes everyone in the health, fitness and beauty industries.
The Health, Fitness, and Beauty Expo seeks to reach consumers while they are thinking about their New Year's resolutions to be healthier.
Clear Channel Communications has been hosting the event for more than a decade.
“We've branched out, we have a lot of vendors that are going to be participating with us everything from dental, to hair, skin care, fitness clubs all different types of things,” Clear Channel event director Candace Price told Nashville's News 2.
The Expo features free seminars, screenings, educational and informational health-focused displays.
The event is always strategically timed for those that may have fallen off the New Years resolution bandwagon.
“You know I think so many people come in and have good intentions when they start with their New Years resolutions and they fall off the wagon and you know need some new motivation,” Price explained.
News 2 anchors and meteorologists will be on hand for the event as follows:
Anne Holt 11 a.m. to Noon

Randy Rauch Noon to 2 p.m.
