Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt has finally met with police in New Jersey and not surprisingly, his lawyer is confident Britt won't face any charges in connection to a weekend stabbing.
According to The Tennessean's Jim Wyatt, Britt talked with police Wednesday and his attorney says there is no chance Britt will be charged.
Police in New Jersey aren't saying if Britt is considered a witness or a suspect.
Police confirmed Britt's cooperation.
They've wanted to speak with him since he took a friend to the hospital early Sunday morning with a stab wound.
Officials say the probe into what happened is ongoing.
