A young Vanderbilt team got even younger beating William & Mary 64-50 Wednesday night at Memorial Gym.

Freshman Sheldon Jeter came off the bench to score a career-high 14 points and lead the way for the (6-6) Commodores.

Jeter was almost perfect from the floor hitting six of seven shots, but it was the Dores defense that was the difference. Vandy held the Tribe to just 34% from the field, William & Mary only hit 16 field goals the entire game.

It was win number 182 at Memorial Gym for Vanderbilt head coach Kevin Stallings, the most ever for a Commodore coach.

He passes Roy Skinner, who won 181 games in 16 seasons.
