The Porter Flea Market opened its doors at Marathon Music Works Saturday to a crowd of at least 1,000 people.
The market, featuring local, handmade Christmas gifts, and area food trucks had Nashvillians waiting outside for over an hour.
Porter Flea works to create buzz for artists in the indie craft industry, as well as supporting small businesses and nonprofits in the Mid-State.
Porter Flea played host to a crowd of over 2,500 in 2011 and 3,500 earlier this year.
Porter Flea is open until 6 p.m. Saturday at 1502 Clinton Street in Nashville.
