A Franklin man was taken into police custody early Wednesday morning after officers determined he had provided alcohol to minors.
Police were called to a home in the 100 block of Tyne Drive around 1 a.m. after neighbors reported hearing people screaming.
Upon their arrival, officers found the home's garage door partially opened and observed several people and an array of alcohol inside.
Several people are said to have ran inside the home before running out a back door.
Twenty-one-year-old Joshua Henkle was taken into police custody for providing alcohol to minors.
Officers reported that Henkle was extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest and was uncooperative with officers.
He remains jailed on a $5,000 bond.
Henkle is scheduled to appear in court next Thursday.
