Police arrested a man in connection to a recent Clarksville house party shooting that injured two victims on October 21.
Twenty-one-year-old Darryl Ford was taken into police custody on Friday.
Police said Ford admitted to having a gun in his possession during an altercation that occurred at the home located on North Second Street.
Witnesses previously told police the gunfire broke out after several physical and verbal altercations occurred.
A 24-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman sustained gunshot wounds in the shooting.
The victims were both transported to a Nashville hospital for treatment.
Ford told officers he fled the scene on foot following the shooting and that he discarded the gun in the area near North Second and Marion Street. The weapon has not been located.
Ford is charged with unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon.
He was booked into the Montgomery County jail on a $25,000 bond.
Police said additional arrests are expected.
