NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – Left tackle Michael Roos' 119-game consecutive starts streak will come to an end Sunday as the Titans have ruled him out for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts.
The 30-year-old Roos sat out for the third straight day of practice Friday after having his appendix removed on Monday.
His streak had been second only to Detroit's Jeff Backus among active offensive tackles.
Coach Mike Munchak says they won't take any risks with the 6-foot-7, 320-pound Roos even though the left tackle is feeling good. Ty want to give him another week.
Mike Otto, playing in his first game of the season after being sidelined with a knee problem, says he is ready to make his first.
