A Rutherford County woman is charged with doctor shopping for a second time in an effort to obtain controlled substances by using TennCare as payment.

Authorities said 29-year-old Adriane Dearing is accused of fraudulently using the state's health benefits to obtain the painkiller Lortab in Davidson County.

Dearing was arrested last month on a similar grand jury indictment in Rutherford County.
