CLEVELAND (AP) – A grand jury in Cleveland indicted a Tennessee state trooper, his wife and two daughters in the accidental shooting death of the officer's granddaughter.

Three-year-old Kydalynn Robinson apparently shot herself while holding a .45-caliber pistol on May 30. Her two-year-old cousin was also in the trooper's house at the time of the shooting.

A Bradley County grand jury returned charges of criminally negligent homicide and reckless endangerment Wednesday against Trooper Tommie Graham, 57.

Sheriff's spokesman Bob Gault said charges of reckless endangerment were returned against Graham's wife, Deborah Graham, 56; the child's mother, Jennifer Graham, 23; and the child's aunt, Elizabeth Graham, 25.

All charged were released after booking Thursday afternoon.

A number for Tommie Graham couldn't be found.
