A Clarksville man has pleaded guilty to charges related to a crash in February that left one person dead.

Vincent Clark, 31, pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to reckless homicide and reckless aggravated assault.

He was given a four-year concurrent sentence and will serve one year in jail.

Police said Clark was traveling east on Madison Street on the morning of February 3 when he crossed the center line and struck a GMC Sierra pickup truck head-on.

The driver of the truck, Tyler Head, 20, of Clarksville, died on the scene.

Three others, including Clark, were injured.
