Diners can get specially priced meals at dozens of locally owned restaurants this week.

In its eighth year, the semi-annual event Nashville Originals Restaurant Week is a way to spotlight Nashville's unique local dining establishments.

“Our fall Restaurant Week is a great way to say goodbye to summer and kick off a new season,” Chris Lowry, Germantown Café owner and Nashville Originals board president, said in a release, “and it's a wonderful opportunity for Nashvillians to try new restaurants or return to their old favorites for great meals at an attractive price.”

Many participating restaurants are offering three-course dinners featuring an appetizer or salad, entree and dessert for $20.12.  At other member restaurants, three-course dinners for $30.12 are on the menu.

Restaurant week continues through Sunday, September 16.  Click here for a complete list of participating restaurants and menus.

Many restaurants require reservations during Restaurant Week and diners are reminded to call ahead.
