Showers and thunderstorms are expected to push through Middle Tennessee overnight Friday into the early morning hours Saturday.
The heaviest rainfall and thunderstorm chance will be from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m.
Strong winds are a possibility, with gusts between 30 to 50 miles-per-hour.
The Nashville area could receive up to an inch and a half of rainfall.
On Saturday, the rain will move out with temperatures only reaching the mid 70s.
Temperatures are expected to reach the upper 70s on Sunday and early into next week.
