Two suspects are in police custody following a home invasion and shooting late Saturday night in east Nashville and police are searching for a third.
Investigators told Nashville's News 2 three suspects kicked in the door to a residence located in the1100 block of Ardee Avenue around 10:30 p.m. before firing a gun, grazing the head of a victim.
Police said the suspects also beat a second victim, hitting him in the head with a gun several times.
The suspects stole more than $1,000 in cash, a pocket knife, lighter and prepaid credit card from the victims before fleeing the home.
Responding officers arrested Michael Woosley a short distance from the residence. The other two suspect eluded officers and a K-9 unit on foot.
Overnight, James Pinkleton was developed as a suspect. He was arrested at a home located in the 2300 block of Cooper Terrace early Sunday morning.
Both suspects were booked into the Metro jail on four counts each of especially aggravated robbery.
Pinkleton additionally faces a felony drug count after more than 19 grams of marijuana were found in a pocket of his pants.
The third suspect was not immediately located.
