A memorial service will be held on Saturday for the five-month-old boy who died after being left inside his mother's minivan earlier this week.

She was informed by daycare employees her son was never dropped off that morning.
Stephanie ran outside to her vehicle and found her son strapped into his car seat.

Joel is survived by his parents Stephanie and Aaron Gray, as well as his three older brothers, grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the Gray family requests monetary donations are made to the “Joel Dixon Gray benefit fund” at Regions Bank.
