A Middle Tennessee man is hoping to build a guitar shaped building in downtown Nashville.
The building, entitled “Strings” is the brainchild of Travis Kelty of Impakt Realty in Brentwood.
According to Kelty, the 32-story building would feature office, retail and residential space, as well as up to five restaurants, and an outdoor rooftop entertainment area, among other amenities.
Kelty added that he is currently searching for a site to build the one-of-a-kind building on.
The project is estimated to cost between $80 to $100 million.
