The Tennessee Titans may begin training camp Saturday without star receiver Kenny Britt.
The team placed Britt on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list on Wednesday.
He's undergone three knee surgeries since last season, including two on his right knee and the most recent on the left earlier this summer.
Britt will not be allowed to practice until he can pass the team's physical.
He is allowed to stay on the PUP list for six weeks before the team has to make a decision regarding his future.
The Titans also placed rookie safety Markelle Martin on the PUP list Wednesday.
He was injured before the NFL Draft.
The Titans report for training camp Friday and practice Saturday.
Saturday's practice is not open to the public.
Fans will have the opportunity to attend Sunday night's practice beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Baptist Sports Park.
