One person was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Interstate 65 in Sumner County on Sunday.
The crash, involving a pickup truck pulling a trailer and another vehicle, was reported at mile marker 101.
According to Tennessee Highway Patrol, the driver of the pickup truck, Lora Hickman, was in a northbound lane before losing control and going across the median and hitting two vehicles in the left southbound lane.
Grace Delmotte was killed when her vehicle was struck by the pickup truck.
Hickman and a female minor were both transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Their conditions were not immediately released.
The interstate was shut down for several hours following the crash.
