A Robertson County teenager was killed, while two others were injured in a single-vehicle crash Monday night.
Misty Ambrose, 15, was riding in a vehicle with two other teenagers when the accident occurred just after 6:30 p.m. on Bethlehem Road near Baggett Road.
Authorities reported the vehicle was traveling west on the roadway when the car briefly went airborne, causing the driver to lose control, run off the roadway and strike a tree.
Authorities said neither the driver nor the passengers were wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
Speed is believed to have played a role in the fatal crash.
