No one was injured after a wall at the Electrolux factory in Springfield caved in Thursday night.
Officials were called to the factory shortly after 9 p.m.
At first, investigators thought severe weather overnight could have caused the collapse.
The National Weather Service surveyed the damage, but said they were unsure if weather was the cause.
At the time, winds reached 50 miles per hour, which would not likely affect the structure.
An official cause of the collapse was not released.
