Belle Meade police are looking for a suspect involved in a hit-and-run early Monday morning in west Nashville.
An officer traveling along Harding Pike spotted a gray Honda Civic as it rolled through a stop sign just before 1 a.m.
He attempted to pull over the vehicle, but the driver refused to stop and crashed at Jackson Boulevard and Harding Pike.
Three men and one woman immediately exited the car and fled on foot. Metro police were called in to assist.
A man and woman were captured close the crash site. The driver of the vehicle was caught by officers near the intersection of Lynnwood Boulevard and Hobbs Road.
A fourth suspect remains at large.
No names were immediately released.
Police believe alcohol may have been a factor and said charges are pending.
The investigation is ongoing.
