A water main break had part of Lower Broadway in downtown Nashville shut down Monday morning.
The break was reported around 10 a.m. near the intersection of Seventh Avenue North and Broadway.
The far right lane of the roadway was blocked.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation said via Twitter crews was expected to be working until 12 Noon to repair the line.
Officials of Metro Water told Nashville's News 2 the break was a secondary service line to the Masons Lodge.
No disruption of water service was reported.
