A 14-year-old has been arrested for burglary once again after being convicted in November on similar charges.
The teen was arrested Friday morning for two burglaries on Jansing Drive and Luna Drive that occurred on October 28.
During an interview with police, he admitted to the burglaries.
A citizen reported seeing the teen walking behind homes on Jansing Drive, off Antioch Pike, just before 10 a.m.
Officers quickly responded and took him into custody, likely preventing other burglaries, according to police.
The teen had already been arrested and convicted for the November 7 break-in at an apartment on Haystack Lane in Antioch.
Upon his arrest Friday, officers discovered he was in possession of a kitchen knife with a bent blade and gloves.
The teen is now charged in Juvenile Court with aggravated burglary, burglary, theft, possession of burglary tools and loitering during school hours.
