A 17-year-old from Montgomery County will spend the next 20 years in prison for his role in the shooting death of a Clarksville businessman more than two years ago.

Attorneys for John Patrick George made a deal with prosecutors.

He agreed to plead guilty to second degree murder.

He also admitted to getting paid to shoot 50-year-old Gilbert Hart in June of 2009.

Hart's two children and his widow are accused of hiring George to commit the murder.

Rebecca Francis Hart, 42, was arrested on solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy charges earlier this month.
