MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – A Murfreesboro man has been arrested after child pornographic images were found on his laptop computer.
James Harmon, 23, was arrested on Thursday at his Rutherford County home.
He was arrested on a sealed indictment for aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor after police completed an investigation that began in December.
Police began investigating Harmon after they received information from a computer repair company about the inappropriate images on his computer
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation examined the computer and found more than 100 possible child porn images.
Authorities originally interviewed Harmon on December 13 regarding the images.
He was interviewed by police for a second time last week.
Harmon's bond is set at $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
