NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Police in Nashville arrested nine persons in connection to what is believed to be the largest single marijuana seizure ever in Nashville.
Officers Monday night confiscated 4,000 pounds marijuana valued at $4 million from a so-called “stash house” on Old Hickory Boulevard in south Nashville.
The home is located less than a one mile from Cane Ridge High School.
Jose Arana, Raul Arana, Ricardo Arana, Sergio Cardinas, Stacey Jordan, Rosalino Marin, Omar Martinez, Joshua Parker and Telly Robertson were arrested and booked into the Metro jail on marijuana conspiracy charges.
Police believe the “stash house” supplied dealers across Middle Tennessee.
The marijuana is believed to have originated in Mexico.
All of the suspects are being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.
Police said investigation is continuing and additional arrests are anticipated.
